nomount時(shí)，會(huì)進(jìn)行必要的參數(shù)檢查，檢查不通過(guò)，nomount會(huì)不成功。
而且檢查不通過(guò)，相關(guān)的錯(cuò)誤信息僅僅會(huì)在sqlplus中輸出，不會(huì)再alert里邊輸出。
*.db_recovery_file_dest='/home/oracle/flash'
在os上不存在。
