Oracle XE默認(rèn)連接數(shù)好像是40個(gè)，如果process超出這個(gè)數(shù)字，再次申請連接就會(huì)被拒絕。
1，用system用戶登錄：
sqlplus system/password@xe
2，執(zhí)行以下命令：
alter system set session_cached_cursors=200 scope=spfile;
alter system set session_max_open_files=200 scope=spfile;
alter system set sessions=20 scope=spfile;
alter system set license_max_sessions=200 scope=spfile;
alter system set license_sessions_warning=200 scope=spfile;
alter system set processes=200 scope=spfile;
3，重啟Oracle XE數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)。
